Our story

After graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Wen (Cathy) decided to pursue her passion for patisserie and opened up a French pastry shop with her husband in Canada in 2021. Wenever Pastry now sells a daily selection of cream puffs and French pastries both online and in-store.

We are passionate about re-imagining and creating French pastries in new ways — using both traditional techniques and modern designs to make innovative products.

Our ingredients

We proudly use the premium Belgium chocolate from Callebaut for all of our cream puffs and artisan chocolate. Our pastries and handmade chocolate are always freshly prepared and made to ensure the best taste for each customer everyday.
